I would love to say I bought this book and loved it. Unfortunately my husband stole it from my hands and hogged it all weekend (our ski weekend no less- thanks a LOT James!!!!). Anyway- HE has raged about it- and has already shared it with his whole sales team and book a trip to Outbound to see James speak. So I had to buy it on Kindle.
The layout of the workbook is exceptional and captures the key concepts of the book with useful templates to work with. I would also HIGHLY recommend getting the book. Beyond the Perfect Close, the book is load with influence and insights into how to position your product/service.
