Oh, you mean after the book being shipped from Queens New York to Atlanta and then back to NYC ???THE BOOK WAS HORRIBLE.Pictire this.REXOGRAPHED lowest quality Papers.Ink bleeding through to next page made reading some pages impossible.Typographical errors. Black and white print with questions that required answers based on the color of the picture shown in examples.Yeah right, how do you think that part worked out?All I can say is served to give somewhatOf a basic idea of the format of testing period definitely not a TEACHING tool, but more of a tool to get you familiar with the type of testing format you will be faced with. Worth the money?Not really.
It only has the questions and answers. If you are new to this like I am you really don't have a point of reference to anything😒. I wish it was more like a driving manual- totally fraustrated.

FORMAT PRESENTED NO EXPLAINATIONS IN Q & A, NOR SUBJECT MATERIAL REMOTELY RELATED TO QUESTIONS ASKED IN THE EXAM. DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE THE SELLER HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS AND THE SERIOUS PROBLEMS ABOUT THIS BOOK. After months of studying this book and preparing for the exam, I finally took the NYCTA Train operator exam 7604 today Saturday, June 24, 2017 at FDR High school in Brooklyn, NYC. Though the test was predominantly common sense questions, I still felt it was tricky and somewhat difficult. The Train operator passbook was a waste of time. There was not one question on the exam from the book nor any questions remotely similar to what was in the passbook. Total Waste !!!!!!
Fantastic!!! Studied very hard with help of this book and sample questions found O/L. Out of 7000+ applicants that day I placed 86th on the test score. It still took 3 1/2 years to get called from a waiting list and when the notification arrived I had just moved. One year later I received it in the mail and I was put at the bottom of the list and it's been several years of not hearing. If you move notify them right away.
Useless info provided. My friend and I both purchased this book to prepare for the NYC MTA TRAIN OPERATOR EXAM. This book in no way prepared us for the exam. The book contain very generic info and appears to be a cash grab scam book. No track diagram type preparation in book. The actual exam contained many track diagram questions. Basically useless .
Highly technical - husband said the questions were different on the actual test. Good background knowledge builder - very complex. Give it a couple months to study before the exam - my husband decided to get this book two weeks before the exam and got completely overwhelmed. Don't be like my husband.
Issues for the NYC train operator exam. I took the test and it's all reading comprehension. Be a fast reader or know how to skim through the paragraph to find the answers within. Read the questions first before the paragraph/story
